The title could also be another: "How can the incivism a representative picture of a country"!
While an election campaign in full swing in the country, in all media, and even propaganda posters in different cities and municipalities in the country, candidates promise "wonders" all over the streets, we are confronted constantly with the antisocial behavior of people.
The gutters and sidewalks are littered with miscellaneous waste (paper, cigarettes, broken glass bottles drunks who take refuge at night in the corner of sight, cans thrown everywhere, and so on best!)
Why, when there are so many unemployed, they more municipalities are those personnel who would be responsible exclusively to clean the streets every day?
Why not hire and train a brigade special primarily responsible for drawing up the minutes to all those who pollute our environment everyday, and especially to pay a fine "salt" to these people, and in case of refusal to prosecute them?
(The fear of the police is unfortunately sometimes the only thing that makes some people think and move!)
Why did the police not stop it, systematically, the drivers who do not put their seat belts, which have constantly their mobile phone to your ear while driving over a speed too often? They put others' lives in constant danger, and especially kids (they think sometimes their own families who will allow all these "fantasies" at the wheel?).
All these measures enable us all to live better in a beautiful country, that ugly little by little and where they might set yet enjoy a much better life!
Moreover, in these times of economic crisis, these repressive measures and monetary easily bail out the coffers of the state which could then spend some of that money to improve the lives of all citizens (by birth or become Tunisian "Tunisian "the heart and the number of years in this country).
Why (in the countryside Green World) replaces the concrete there, almost all the vegetation?
Why most parents n'éduquent they more their children and teach them not they more respect due to adults? In all public places, we hear more than insults and swear words: hello, thank you, goodbye ... appear the words banned from the majority among the young and even adults! That
many questions that I hope one day to have valid answers, and we should all ask ourselves and try to solve.
